Carlos Cardoso, has a Culinary degree which allowed him to make his way from the back of the house, to bartender, where he immediately felt most comfortable. He then used his training background discipline in Martial Arts to immerse himself into the world of bartending, joining the United States Bartending Guild and winning several mixology competitions soon thereafter, all while learning the art of flair.

Flair became his main focus and he won many flair competitions and showed off his new talents in world famous music videos, all while working at some of the most prestigious venues in South Florida, performing at high end events, and even the local News. Now co- founder of JFL Event Productions, Carlos is looking forward to continued success collaborating with fellow industry leaders and setting a new industry standard.

Chad Tocco was born in Las Vegas and raised in Miami, Fl. where he now resides. At the very start of his career, he gravitated towards the show aspect of bartending, competing on an international stage after just one year, Bartenders Bash. He would go on to win many flair competitions, including Bartenders Bash, and even showing his professionalism and versatility by winning his first mixology competition, which ironically came with a first prize of twenty-five hundred dollars and a paid trip back to his home town.

Now with over two decades of experience working in all types of venues from South Beach to West Palm Beach, to performing all over the world in various private events/commercials/music videos, to being a finalist on national TV in front of millions, Chad Tocco is more than equipped with an arsenal to provide top notch service, with style, to any event his clients can imagine.
